Pinservation
What am I going to wear to Jake Owen Sunday night? This seemed to be the only thing I could think about as I was sitting in the little theater Friday morning. I had tried on jeans, shorts, and boots the night before only to be disappointed with the look. It seemed as though I was destined to wear my good ol’ repurposed Johnny Cash t-shirt and my broken torn up jeans again (boring). Sitting at home Friday evening, I decided to try one more search method. I typed in black jumpsuit and boots into the search bar on pinterest and was greeted with this.
There it was! THE outfit! I loved it! And the best part was I had all the essentials right there in my closet! I love fashion. Since the invention of pinterest, it seems as though my shopping sprees have resulted in a major decline. My husband has really taken notice of this. The truth is, with one click, I can get several different outfit ideas depending on what pants or shirt I decide I want to wear. If I am wanting to create a new makeup look (yup you guessed it) pinterest. Pinservation, like the title of this post suggests, is a little blend of pinterest and iObservation. Just like pinterest can give us makeup and outfit ideas, iObservation can give us ideas for our instruction depending on what elements we are wanting or needing to focus on. Select resource library from the menu, type in your element number or a phrase in the search bar and you will be met with videos, activities, and suggestions for your teacher toolbox. Great, right?! It’s your own professional development catalog.
To celebrate the invention of pinservation, I decided to include some of my favorite fashion blogs for your reading enjoyment below. After all, this is Real Life and we need all the inspiration we can get!
