As spring break approaches, I find myself reflecting upon my observation tools. I have created two types of observation tools and feel that I have tailored them to fit the needs of my teachers. This Observation and Reflection Tool is used to provide immediate feedback for my Communicative Arts and Social Studies teachers. For my Career and Tech teachers, I have created this Observation Tool specifically designed around the Literacy First Instructional Model.
